Description

Experienced breeders know when a male cria is special - after all, they don’t come along like this every day. Noble Ayros du DNA is one of those crias. Soon after his birth, we could already envision a future for this up-and-coming young male. While there is still time and much to prove before his path is decided, when a young male commands our attention this early, it is quite a compliment to say the least.

A boxy package with a jaw-dropping presence and macho attitude, Ayros has a look that screams special. Substance of bone, body capacity, and fiber coverage from head to toe are all present in abundance. Once looking at his fleece, it truly hooks you! The brightness is phenomenal, and the formation of dense, fine micro-bundles is equally impressive to say nothing of the high degree of uniformity expressed across his entire frame. To say we are watching his development with great anticipation would be an understatement.

His quality is backed by powerhouse genetics on both sides of his pedigree. On the paternal side, Ayros descends from the Snowmass Conopa XXX and Snowmass Pure Reserve XX lines. Maternally, he is out of Ariya Everlasting’s Cybele (a genetic full sibling to Ariya Everlasting’s One of A Kind), making him a Snowmass Everlasting Highlander XX grandson and Xclipse’s Belenis great-grandson. Ayros’s sister is our farm favorite, Ariya GoldenTreasure’s Citation. Quality, quality, quality!
Being unrelated to the vast majority of our herd, we will be retaining Ayros for our own breeding program until he fully matures.

Ayros received great feedback from Judge Wade Gease at his very first show. Upon opening his fleece, the judge’s immediate reaction was: “Undeniably very flashy!”
